Fund Deposit & Withdrawal
Fund Deposit
Client can deposit fund to his/her account at Citrus Securities Limited (“CSL”) via any channel including but not limited to bank transfer, remittance, FPS or bank cheque provided that it is originated from the same beneficiary. If clients choose bank transfer, the bank may charge handling fees. CSL will NOT accept deposits in cash, any form of third party deposits, bank cheque issued by bank which is not registered in Hong Kong.

please notify CSL after the deposit immediately, wechat or email the supporting document(s) such as deposit receipt, bank statement, screen-print, SMS confirmation, etc. to Settlement Department of CSL. The title in wechat or email must state the account name and account no. CSL will update your fund information in CSL account after the payment is received and double checked. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Fund Withdrawal
Clients can contact Customer Service of CSL on or before 11am on every trading day for fund withdrawal, instructions in other times will be processed on next working day.
CSL accept fund withdrawal instructions by wechat, email or telephone. The title in wechat or email must state the account name, account no., currency and amount (bank remittance charges will be deducted in securities account in default). If you withdraw the fund to a bank account which is not your registered bank account, you must fill the Fund Withdrawal Form, send the scanned copy with your signature to cs@citrussecurities.com. In fund withdrawal, CSL will NOT transfer fund or provide bank cheque to any bank account of a third party.
